Service agreement

HoustonVoiceAgent, a service of Creatimus LLC, provides AI receptionist services on a month-to-month subscription basis. By booking a consultation or purchasing services, you agree to these terms.

Pricing

Services are priced at a one-time setup fee of $500 (which includes the first month of service), followed by a $250/month subscription for the Voice Agent or Website Chat Agent, or $350/month for the Voice + Chat Bundle. Final pricing is confirmed during your consultation.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. There are no long-term contracts or early cancellation fees. Upon cancellation, your AI receptionist configuration will be deactivated at the end of the final billing period.

Limitation of liability

Creatimus LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
